Put YOUR health, habits, and happiness FIRST!

Does this sound familiar?

  • You’re constantly putting your needs on the back burner

  • You have family members who stress you out with manipulative behavior

  • You feel drained a lot at work and in social situations

  • You feel frustrated because you can’t seem to get things done that matter to you

  • You can’t remember the last time you woke up feeling refreshed & excited for the day

If this sounds like you, I have 2 quick things to tell you:

    #1 You’re not alone.

    #2 I’m here to help!

You deserve to feel better.

It’s exhausting to constantly put your own needs on the back burner (or to feel guilty when you don’t!), and if you are busy taking care of family such as parents, children, and pets, and all of their needs, you likely feel like you don’t have time to take care of yourself.

I believe you deserve to feel better – starting right now. And I believe that once you have self-care strategies (that don’t involve unrealistic plans like running away from home), you’ll start feeling less worried, more calm, and experience more happiness in your daily life.

You don’t have to know HOW to make your self-care a priority (I’ll help you with that part!), you just need to know that you are ready for change.

I'm here to help you so you can put yourself first and pursue your dreams and goals without feeling guilty.

Are You Ready?

“I'm here to listen, support you, and cheer you on!”

Small steps can lead to big changes in your life.

Hi, I’m Betsy Seybolt!

I live with my husband and our son on the beautiful Eastern Shore of Virginia, but my New England roots run deep. Every summer, I cherish visiting Cape Cod and catching a Red Sox game. I find a great deal of joy at the beach and out on the water.

My taste in music is quite eclectic—I enjoy everything from Motown and classic '80s bands to George Winston, Kenny Chesney, and Michael Franti.

Being surrounded by flowers and nature makes me feel grounded. Our rescue dog, Oreo, is truly my ride-or-die girl.  I treasure my friendships and my family sustains me.
