I’m here to help you take your next step.

If you're like many women I know:

  • You often feel overwhelmed by family responsibilities, and even though you wish you could do more, it seems like there's never enough time for yourself.

  • You've made attempts to bring about changes in your life, but they haven't stuck, chipping away at your confidence and leaving you doubting whether you can truly make lasting changes.

  • Asking for help may be a struggle because you feel like you should be able to handle everything on your own.

  • You feel stuck and are eager to break free, but you're unsure how to make it happen.

  • You're ready to try a different approach.

It’s time to get started.

I understand exactly how you feel because I've been there.

When my mother was in hospice, I found myself barely getting by, relying on sugar and carbs for quick energy. I would only walk our dog to steal a few precious moments to myself, just trying to keep my family afloat and fulfill my responsibilities at my part-time job. During this challenging time, I realized that the best way to honor my mother's memory was to transform my own life, health, and happiness.

I took the leap, and let me tell you, it wasn't easy. I went from feeling stuck and lacking a self-care routine, to completely shifting my mindset and pursuing my dreams. I started improving my habits, exercising daily, and committed to a 20-year dream of earning my coaching certification. That's when everything began to change for me.

And now, I'm here to help you move forward with your dreams.

Are You Ready?

“Think of me as your favorite Aunt, your trusted mentor, as your gramma or Nonny. I'm here to listen, support you, cheer you on, and be there for you when you need it most!”

Small steps can lead to big changes in your life.

Betsy Seybolt, Mindset and Motivational Coach

My father was from Arkansas, and my mother was from Upstate New York. It’s only fitting that after living in New England for many years, I live in Virginia now where my husband and I have raised our son. Spending quality time with family is very important to me, especially around the dinner table. I also enjoy yoga, swimming, gardening, walking outdoors, and perfect summer days. I love the Red Sox, anything French, and I really love finding joy in the little things.
