Gratitude Daily

Do you have a gratitude practice? There are at least 3 times you might consider giving thanks in the course of the day.

  1. I like to begin my day with a gratitude practice. I write down 3 things I am grateful for.  It is part of my morning routine and it makes me feel grounded. I like beginning my day on a positive note in gratitude.

  2. You can also dip into gratitude when you are walking.  Whether it’s a walk with your dog or a walk to your car, take a mindful moment and look around you.  Notice what you are grateful for - whether it’s the beauty of nature, your friends, or happy memories.

  3. Think of 3 things that made your day right before you go to sleep so you can drift off with a smile on your face.
