Thankful for Many Blessings

This is a time when we pause and remember what we are thankful for. I actually have a gratitude practice where i write down at least 3 things I am thankful for each day. They are not necessarily things, though. They are moments, observations of what is happening in my life, or appreciation for little things that I appreciate that other people have done or said.

Here is a post from this week that has resonated with many on my Facebook page so I thought I would share it here because it epitomizes how I feel about gratitude.
